We are seeking an Early Career – Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting talent for apprenticeships, internships and new college graduate positions with focus on Germany. This position is based in Terneuzen, The Netherlands. In this role, you will create a best‑in‑class experience for candidates and hiring teams by delivering expert support across the full recruitment cycle — with a strong focus on early career and apprenticeship hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process (from job posting to offer) for early career roles, understanding hiring needs and supporting teams to hire with confidence.
  • Deliver an unforgettable candidate experience by engaging, influencing, and guiding candidates throughout the process.
  • Partner with managers to craft inclusive, clear, and compelling job postings.
  • Present diverse shortlists of pre‑screened and interviewed candidates aligned with Dow’s global inclusive hiring principles.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Marketing team to promote our employer brand and open roles online and offline.
  • Connect with potential candidates through social media, networking, and creative sourcing strategies, while maintaining accurate talent databases.
  • Jump in on TA initiatives, projects, and ad‑hoc tasks whenever needed — you’re part of a team that supports each other.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong communication skills in English. Fluency in German (minimum B1) in writing and speaking.
