Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities Duties • Provides estimates to evaluate various conceptual alternates and support economic evaluations. • Utilizes historical data with appropriate installation factors, site specific factors and experience to produce cost estimates for project authorization and execution purposes. • Collects and correlates necessary project-related cost and schedule data needed to determine equipment, material, subcontract, construction labor, expenses, and in-direct reports such as engineering and taxes. • Ensures accuracy of estimates by working closely with Project Team members to understand scope and details of project. • Keeps abreast of global economic trends and execution methods that affect project capital costs. • Provides supporting data for GPM measurements, external benchmarking and project closure. • Utilizes project estimated scope of work and aligns costs with schedule. • Contributes to improvement of Cost Estimating Work Process and leveraging of learning experiences. • Supports the implementation of Most Effective Technology (MET). • Provides supporting data for GPM measurements, external benchmarking and project closure.

Functie-eisen
• Short-Cycle Tertiary Degree (i.e. Associate's Degree) plus cost management, manufacturing or other related experience preferred. In lieu of degree, equivalent years of experience required.
