Would you like to be part of a dynamic team in the world of international transport? For a leading logistics company in Hulst, we are looking for an experienced Transport Planner with expertise in large-scale transport and tank planning.

Wat zijn jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden?

As an International Transport Planner, you ensure the efficient and flawless scheduling of international transport activities. Using fully automated planning software, you coordinate transport operations, liaise with drivers, and maintain close contact with customers and partners at home and abroad. You will work in a close-knit team of six planners and participate in a rotation schedule, working one Saturday every three weeks. Your responsibilities include:

• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring international transports and arranging return loads (large-scale transport & tank planning);
• Efficient deployment of vehicles and drivers using advanced planning software;
• Maintaining contact with customers, suppliers, and drivers domestically and internationally;
• Handling ad-hoc situations and contributing ideas for process improvements;
• Collaborating within a compact and driven team of six fellow planners.

Wat vragen wij?

• You have an MBO/HBO-level education (or equivalent) and proven experience in international transport planning, preferably in large-scale and tank transport;
• You are fluent in German and English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong advantage;
• You are communicative, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented;
• You enjoy working with modern IT systems and have experience with automated planning software;
• Flexibility and team spirit characterize your way of working.
