Project leader Mechanical

As a Mechanical Project Leader, you will work in a team of engineers. You will lead multiple projects from start to finish. Think of innovations, expansions or adjustments to installations, buildings or infrastructure.
You are responsible from feasibility to start-up. Always together with an expert team. You ensure that everything is done safely, within budget and on schedule. At the same time you take into account regulations, quality requirements and customer wishes.
This position offers a lot of variety, technical challenges and impact.

Over de functie

• You ensure safety and environmentally conscious practices on the shop floor.
• You lead projects from idea to completion and monitor budget and schedule.
• You create project plans that are in line with business goals and customer expectations.
• You manage technical teams and supervise all phases of the project.
• You actively keep all stakeholders informed of progress.
• You calculate costs to justify investments.
• You prepare technical specifications and conduct supplier interviews.
• You lead construction work on site and ensure proper transfer to production.

Wat bieden wij jou

• A gross annual salary between €60,000 and €90,000, depending on experience.
• A 13th month.
• Travel allowance.
• A direct contract with the client.

Wat vragen wij van jou

• A college or university degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in (petro)chemistry, process industry or technical projects.
• You speak and write Dutch and English well.
• You work accurately and keep an overview.
• You think along with the customer and quickly switch between tasks.
