• De 2 Wc’s en 2 Douches, evenals de openbare ruimte, worden wekelijks onderhouden door onze schoonmaakster.
• Washok met 2 wasmachines en drooglijnen.
• Dakterras
• Een kamer in een gezellig en goed onderhouden groot huis.
• Medebewoners zijn werkende en studerende mensen.

Natuurlijk heeft het huis een vergunning en voldoet het ruimschoots aan alle veiligheid eisen zoals gesteld door brandweer en gemeente.

De huur is als volgt opgebouwd,
Kale huur is € 374,-
Woon & Servicekosten zijn € 91,-
Energie en water bijdrage is € 80,-
Totaal is € 550,- 

De borg is 1 maand van het totaal.

Roken in huis is niet toegestaan. Huisdieren zijn ook niet toegestaan.

Toelichting op huisregels: Het huis heeft 10 kamers en de bewoners voeren een gezamenlijke huishouding hierdoor is het noodzakelijk om huisregels te hebben en dat deze verplicht nageleefd worden.

 Of course, the house has a permit and more than meets all safety requirements as set by the fire brigade and municipality.

Smoking inside the house is not allowed. Pets are also not allowed.
