From birth, our fallen natures separate us from God and rejects Him. But Jesus Christ restores us back to Him. He said "I am the way, the truth and the life". He also said, "He who is not with me is against me; and he that gathers not with me scatters abroad". This reveals that we are all capable of following Him, but through pride and sin, walking away seems so much easier. AND YET STILL with great heartache, He asks us to "choose you this day whom you will serve".

We are not called to go on flippantly/ deliberately sinning if we truly belong to GOD, and also remembering that if we are still struggling with something, to surrender it to Him, in remembrance of His GRACE in that, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness". 1 John 1:9 God Bless.
