Internet Blocked

Hello... i have the internet blocked and in Quarantine...
how can i get access again???
the page is written in nedelands and can't traslate it to English...
everithing is ok pc.. malware antyspyware and antivirus installed...
working with win 10...
so how can i get acess again???
In the bootom of the page/site some references:::
User ID: Particuler
and 60:2a:d0:3d:25:f4

Usually you are blocked because one of your devices is suspected to contain malware, send spam or is otherwise malicious. You will have to scan each and every device to confirm that it is now clean, then you are able to unblock yourself.

Tip: Use the Chrome browser which will offer to translate the pages for you so you might be able to understand the contents. That's the advantage of computer systems. Unfortunately it doesn't work yet in the streets of Rome

I've released your internet connection so it should be available again. Be advised though, it was not blocked without Reason, apparently there is some device on your network that's infected with malware. Make sure you also scan in safe mode.

Hello Good Morning...
Trying to update my system the internet is blocked and in Quarantine...
I've run Malware Antivirus and also Microsoft Defender.. now it seem's ok
User ID: Particuler
and mac address deleted by moderator
please help me...and unblocked the access...

You're blocked again?
Didn't you clean the infection at the beginning?
If no malware was found, the infection is still there.

It's better to reinstall your computer if it happens a second time.

I thing that everything was ok!!!... i've runed the windows defender, malware bytes, spywarehunter,and saw some itens in quarentine, and after deleted then... now i'am trying to download some software and drivers that i need in order to reinstall SO and Programs...hope it all runs as it should, with no problems...
wher i can see the log activity, for account in the zeelandnet??? just to check if there's no problems???

Unfortunately it's not possible to check the log activity. What I could do for you is check if there are any threats related to your connection? If you'd like that, could you send me a private message and send me your address or customernumber?

hi hello Sheena...
some informations:
when i saw the page saying that the net is blocked i cacth this numbers on the end of that page
User ID:
Particulier
removed by moderator
in the report page :
IP address: removed by moderator
and the real address is removed by moderator
I think that i've begin to have some probles after have installed win 10 over a a stable win 7...
and a short after tryied to download and installed Utorrent...
But anyways Now i Just wont to install everithing from the begin but i really need access to the net or else i can't do any updates to the SO...
